Terms of Service

General Information

  • I have the right to decline a commission without needing to explain why.

  • All commissioned art is for personal use only. You may not edit, distribute, trace or profit from the commission.

  • You may display the art on your profiles, but my signature/watermark must be visible.

  • I have the right to live stream the process, promote, display and/or publish the art in any place, website or social media. If the art is a gift or surprise, please make sure you let me know in advance so that I do not share the art until given the 'go ahead' to do so.

Payment

  • Prices are non-negotiable.

  • Prices are subject to change at any time, though current commissions in progress will not be affected.

  • All prices are in USD and payments are made through Paypal via invoice. No exceptions.

  • Full payment is required before I start on any work for orders under $200. Anything above that can be split, with 50% of the total price sent before I start, and the rest after the sketch is approved.

  • Please do not send me any money before I approve of your commission and send an invoice to the email you provide to me.

  • Once I start on your commission, there will be absolutely NO REFUNDS.

  • I will send you progress sketches for you to approve before I move on to linework.

  • Please be sure you are confident in your decision to approve the sketch as there will be no more free revisions once I start the linework.

  • I will not continue the art until the sketch is approved, so the longer you take to approve it, the longer it will take to complete.

  • There will be a GST/HST fee (tax) of 13%.

Example: Commission costs $35:
$35 x 13% = $4.55
$35 + $4.55 = $39.55 Total

Notes

I will not draw any of the following
✦ Extreme Gore (some blood is okay)
✦ Mecha
✦ Hentai/Intercourse (Lewd/Nude is okay)

  • After payment is fully processed, your commission will take between 1 to 3 weeks to complete, depending on the queue and complexity of your drawing.

  • There may be potential factors or events may happen that could delay completion of your commission. I will contact you immediately if that is the case.

  • Please keep in mind that I am not a machine, and cannot work 12 hours a day for 7 days a week. Please have patience with me.

  • Sketches, revisions and final images will be emailed in .PNG format.

Please make sure that in the message, you let me know exactly what it is you want. Profile picture, waist up, full body, whether you want some sort of background and please give as much detail as possible. If you have them, please also include reference pictures. If you have a specific pose in mind, please elaborate on that as best you can.
